Blazing fast implementation, backed by 74+ martech, data and growth stacks*
Salesforce consulting and implementation your sales team will actually use
We set up Sales Cloud around your sales process: objects, record types, lead routing, flows and reports, connected to your product, billing, marketing and support tools, so the pipeline in Salesforce matches what finance sees.
Salesforce consultants who design the org with your team, build it in a sandbox and test it with your reps, so the CRM matches how you sell on the day it goes live.
Objects, record types and layouts
Leads, accounts, contacts and opportunities shaped around your process, with record types, page layouts, validation rules and field permissions set per team.
Lead capture and routing
Web forms and product signups land as leads with their source and campaign, then go to the right rep by territory, size or round robin. See lead routing.
Flows and automation
Flows for stage changes, approvals, tasks and handoffs, replacing retired workflow rules and Process Builder, each tested before it goes live.
Integrations
Your product, Stripe, HubSpot, Zendesk or Intercom and your warehouse connected through the API or proven connectors, within your API limits.
Reports and dashboards
Pipeline, forecast and source reports built on the right report types, so totals stop changing with whoever runs them.
Ask Salesforce anything, without building a report first
With Salesforce connected to Claude over MCP, reps and managers ask about pipeline, accounts and stuck deals in plain English, and agents do the admin, from logging notes to flagging opportunities with no next step.
“Which opportunities in this quarter's commit haven't changed stage in 21 days?”
Reads Salesforce over MCP
“Which of our top 50 accounts opened more than five support tickets last month?”
Joins Salesforce accounts with Zendesk tickets
“How much closed-won revenue came from webinars compared with paid search this year?”
Reads Salesforce campaigns and opportunities
Which opportunities in this quarter's commit haven't changed stage in 21 days?. Reads Salesforce over MCP.
Which of our top 50 accounts opened more than five support tickets last month?. Joins Salesforce accounts with Zendesk tickets.
How much closed-won revenue came from webinars compared with paid search this year?. Reads Salesforce campaigns and opportunities.
Salesforce with MCP
Salesforce connected to Claude, ChatGPT or Claude Code through the Salesforce MCP server, with each person limited to what Salesforce already lets them see.
Answers your managers can trust
Report types, stages and campaign fields are cleaned up first, so AI counts pipeline the same way your dashboards do.
Agentforce or Claude
Agentforce set up where it fits inside Salesforce, and Claude where questions span Salesforce and the rest of your stack. See Agentforce for small teams.
Admin by agents
Agents that log call notes, fill missing fields and flag stale opportunities, with every change reviewed before it is saved.
With every implementation
Yours after handover
The MCP access, the agents and the docs live in your own accounts. Your team runs it all with AI, without depending on us.
No retainer needed
A one-time setup at a fixed price. There is no monthly retainer to keep it running, so your costs go down over time.
Right from day one
Anyone can set up a tool with AI, but it's only as good as what the AI guesses. We know what works from 74+ implementations.
Free martech AI agent
Every implementation includes it: slash commands and skills that run your whole stack in Claude Code.
Most teams come to us at one of four points, and the scope is written for yours before any work starts.
Not the right fit for large programs with CPQ, Field Service or several Salesforce clouds across many business units. That work needs a dedicated Salesforce systems integrator.
A first Salesforce rollout
You are moving off spreadsheets or a starter CRM and want Sales Cloud set up properly before the team grows into it. See the Salesforce implementation checklist.
An org that needs a rescue
Years of fields, flows and reports nobody owns, and reps who avoid it. We audit, simplify and rebuild what matters. See Salesforce implementation mistakes.
Salesforce next to HubSpot
Marketing runs HubSpot and sales runs Salesforce. We set up the sync so leads, owners and stages move cleanly both ways.
No Salesforce admin on staff
You need Salesforce run well but cannot justify a full-time admin yet. We build, document and train, and a retainer covers changes later.
Salesforce with the rest of your stack
Salesforce sits in the middle of your revenue data, so most of the work is in what connects to it. Every synced field gets one owner, so integrations stop overwriting each other.
Accounts and contacts enriched with ZoomInfo, Clay or Apollo.io, on rules that never overwrite what reps entered.
What's not included
So the fixed price covers exactly what we build, and nothing comes as a surprise later.
Salesforce licences
Editions, seats and add-ons are billed to you by Salesforce. We help you avoid paying for features you will not use. See Salesforce pricing.
Marketing Cloud journeys
We connect Salesforce to your messaging tool, whether that is Braze, Customer.io or Marketing Cloud, but building Marketing Cloud journeys is not part of this.
Custom Apex and Lightning apps
We use flows, the API and proven connectors first. Custom Apex or Lightning components, where truly needed, are scoped as a custom plan.
Sound familiar?
Reps keep their pipeline in spreadsheets.
Because Salesforce takes too many clicks.
The same report gives two totals.
Depending on the report type and who runs it.
Leads sit unassigned for days.
Routing rules nobody has touched since launch.
Marketing and sales count different pipelines.
Campaign data never reaches the opportunity.
We set Salesforce up around how your team actually sells, route every lead within minutes, connect it to product, billing and marketing data, and rebuild the reports so everyone counts the same pipeline.
A free call on your sales process and org, or the $99 audit for a written review of what to keep, fix and rebuild.

05
Test with your reps
Lead routing, flows and reports tested on real scenarios with the people who will use them every day.
06

“Faizur helped us transfer Google Analytics conversion events to Google Ads via Segment. We set that up within two or three weeks. Now we have a clear vision of our conversions and we could optimize our campaigns like this. Because if your tracking is not on point, you can't really improve your Google Ads performance.”

“We worked with Faizur when we wanted to set up Mixpanel. What I loved was how detail-oriented he was, and that he wasn't just there to accomplish that one task. He was able to advise us. He suggested setting up Segment and he thought about everything at a macro level, all the way down to the micro. It gave me confidence to outsource this.”

“We recently had the pleasure of working with Faiz on our integration of Segment. Not only did he help us seamlessly set up the integration, but he also went above and beyond to help us establish dashboards in Mixpanel. What was super valuable was having somebody who understood both the business/marketing requirements but also had the technical expertise to execute them.”

Prices in USD for a typical setup. We use the tools that fit your stack, and a bigger or more complex setup can change the price. We agree any change with you before we start.
Starter is $4,800 (25% off $6,400), live in 4 weeks, and Growth is $12,150 (25% off $16,200), live in 12 weeks, at a fixed price with no hourly billing. Eligible startups get 40% off the list price instead. More brands, markets or a migration from another tool make it a custom plan, priced before work starts. Salesforce licences are billed by Salesforce, not by us. See Salesforce implementation cost for a first-year budget. See the fixed price packages.
How long does a Salesforce implementation take?
Starter goes live in 4 weeks and Growth in 12, or in half the time on super fast. A large data migration or many integrations can add time, and we agree the dates before work starts.
What does a Salesforce implementation include?
Sales Cloud set up around your process: objects, record types, layouts and permissions, lead capture and routing, flows, duplicate rules, integrations with your product, billing, marketing and support tools, reports and dashboards, docs and training.
How do you make Salesforce reports everyone trusts?
It starts with the report type. A report type decides which records appear, so a report on opportunities with products quietly drops deals that have none. We define a small set of report types, filters and stage definitions, build the dashboards on them, and show your team how to make new reports from those. See Salesforce report types.
Do you offer Salesforce managed services?
Yes, as a monthly retainer after launch. Essentials is $1,980 a month with 22 hours for fixes, new fields, flows and reports, and the larger retainers add new builds each month. See the retainers.
Do we need Salesforce developers?
Usually not. Most of what teams need is configuration, flows and connectors, which we do. Where a requirement truly needs Apex code, we say so before it is scoped, and it becomes part of a custom plan.
Can you migrate us to or from Salesforce?
Yes, as a custom plan. We map objects, fields, owners and history, rebuild the automation, and plan a cutover that does not stop sales, whether you are moving to Salesforce or to HubSpot. See the Salesforce to HubSpot migration plan.
Who owns the Salesforce org and the data?
You do. Your org, its data and every connected app stay in your accounts. We work through users you control, and every change is documented.
Salesforce or HubSpot?
Salesforce suits complex sales processes, several teams and heavy customization. HubSpot suits teams that want marketing and sales in one tool that is quick to adopt. We implement both, so we have no reason to push either. See HubSpot vs Salesforce for startups.
What support do we get after launch?
Starter includes 30 days of support after handover, up to 10 hours, and Growth 90 days, up to 30 hours. It covers fixes, questions and small changes to fields, flows and reports. After that your team runs it with the docs and your martech AI agent, or keeps us on a retainer from $1,980 a month.
