Meta Conversions API implementation services for conversions Meta can actually match

We set up the Meta Conversions API next to your pixel: purchases, leads and signups sent from your server or server-side Tag Manager, deduplicated with shared event IDs, with strong match keys and consent, and qualified leads from your CRM sent back so Meta optimizes for revenue.

Fixing Google Ads and GA4 conversions too? See analytics and tracking.

What our Meta Conversions API setup includes

Meta Conversions API consultants who plan every event, send it from your server next to the pixel and reconcile it with your real orders, so Meta learns from what actually sold.

  • Event plan

Which events go to Meta, from where, with which values, IDs and match keys, agreed before anything changes.

  • Server events

Purchases, leads and signups sent from your backend or a server-side container, where ad blockers can't drop them.

  • Deduplication

Pixel and server events sharing an event name and ID, so Meta counts each conversion once. See Meta Conversions API setup.

  • Match keys and quality

Hashed email, phone, external ID, click ID and browser ID sent where consent allows, to raise Event Match Quality.

  • CRM and offline events

Qualified leads, deals and offline sales sent from your CRM, so campaigns optimize for pipeline, not form fills. See offline conversion import.

  • Consent and sensitive data

Consent passed through, data processing options set where required, and no health or financial details in events. See Meta Pixel and HIPAA.

Ask Meta and your orders the same question, and get one answer

With Meta Ads and your warehouse connected to Claude over MCP, your team compares Meta conversions with real orders in plain English, and agents alert you when event delivery or match quality drops.

  • How many of last week's orders did Meta receive as purchases, and how many were deduplicated?. Compares orders with Meta events.
  • Which Meta campaigns brought leads that became paying customers last month?. Joins Meta campaigns with CRM deals.
  • Has Event Match Quality for purchases dropped since the checkout release?. Reads Meta over MCP.
  • Meta Ads with MCP

Meta Ads connected to Claude with read access, and campaign changes left to people. See the Meta Ads MCP server.

  • Orders as the truth

Your backend orders and CRM deals sit next to Meta's numbers, so gaps are visible instead of argued about. See why Meta reports more conversions than GA4.

  • Delivery alerts

Agents that compare server events with orders every day and flag drops in delivery or match quality.

  • Spend on real revenue

With CRM outcomes in Meta and the warehouse, AI can tell you which campaigns bring revenue rather than clicks.

With every implementation

  • Yours after handover

The MCP access, the agents and the docs live in your own accounts. Your team runs it all with AI, without depending on us.

  • No retainer needed

A one-time setup at a fixed price. There is no monthly retainer to keep it running, so your costs go down over time.

  • Right from day one

Anyone can set up a tool with AI, but it's only as good as what the AI guesses. We know what works from 74+ implementations.

  • Free martech AI agent

Every implementation includes it: slash commands and skills that run your whole stack in Claude Code.

Who our Meta Conversions API setup is for

Most teams come to us at one of four points, and the scope is written for yours before any work starts.

Not the right fit if you want someone to run your Meta campaigns. We fix the signal Meta learns from; media buying is not part of this.

  • Ecommerce and subscription brands

Purchases and renewals that happen after the browser closes, sent from your store or billing system.

  • B2B lead generation

Leads are cheap, customers are not. We send qualified leads and deals back, so Meta finds more of the right people.

  • A CAPI setup that double counts

Pixel and server events counted twice, or match quality stuck low. We fix the deduplication and the keys.

  • Regulated industries

Health, finance or other sensitive products where events must carry no protected data.

Meta Conversions API with the rest of your stack

Meta is one of several platforms reading your conversions. We build its events from the same source as the rest, so every platform counts the same orders.

What's not included

So the fixed price covers exactly what we build, and nothing comes as a surprise later.

  • Ad spend and media buying

We fix the signal. Planning, buying and optimizing campaigns is not part of this.

  • Hosting costs

A server-side container or Meta's Conversions API Gateway runs on hosting billed to you. We show the cost first.

  • Store or checkout rebuilds

We send events from the systems you have. Rebuilding your store or checkout is not part of this.

Sound familiar?

  • Meta reports fewer purchases than you sold.

Browsers and ad blockers drop the pixel.

  • Or it reports more.

Pixel and server events counted twice.

  • Campaigns optimize for cheap leads.

Meta never hears which ones became customers.

  • Event Match Quality stuck at poor.

Hashed emails and click IDs never sent.

We send conversions from your server alongside the pixel, deduplicate them, add match keys where consent allows, and send qualified leads back from your CRM, so Meta learns from real customers.

“Faizur helped us transfer Google Analytics conversion events to Google Ads via Segment. We set that up within two or three weeks. Now we have a clear vision of our conversions and we could optimize our campaigns like this. Because if your tracking is not on point, you can't really improve your Google Ads performance.”

He suggested setting up Segment and he thought about everything at a macro level, all the way down to the micro. It gave me confidence to outsource this.”

“We recently had the pleasure of working with Faiz on our integration of Segment. Not only did he help us seamlessly set up the integration, but he also went above and beyond to help us establish dashboards in Mixpanel. What was super valuable was having somebody who understood both the business/marketing requirements but also had the technical expertise to execute them.”

Meta Conversions API questions, answered

Something else on your mind? Email hello@martechdevs.com or book a free call.

What is the Meta Conversions API (CAPI)?

CAPI sends conversion events to Meta from your server instead of the visitor's browser. It works next to the Meta pixel, filling in what browsers and ad blockers drop, and it can send events that never happen in a browser, like a lead becoming a customer.

What is the Meta pixel?

The Meta pixel is code on your site that sends page views and conversions to Meta from the browser. Meta uses it to measure ads and find people likely to convert. On its own it misses events lost to ad blockers and browser limits, which is why it is paired with CAPI.

Why use both the pixel and CAPI?

Each catches what the other misses. The pixel carries browser context, and CAPI carries what the browser drops and what happens later. With a shared event ID, Meta counts each conversion once.

Can we set up CAPI with Google Tag Manager?

Yes, through a server-side Tag Manager container that receives events from your site and forwards them to Meta. It is often the best route when you also send Google Ads and GA4 events from the server. See server-side GTM setup.

How much does a Meta CAPI implementation cost?

Growth is $12,150 (25% off $16,200), live in 12 weeks, at a fixed price with no hourly billing. Eligible startups get 40% off the list price instead. More brands, markets or a migration from another tool make it a custom plan, priced before work starts. Hosting for a server container or the Conversions API Gateway is billed by your host. See the fixed price packages.

How long does a CAPI setup take?

Growth goes live in 12 weeks, or 6 weeks on super fast, alongside the rest of your server-side tracking. Most of the time goes into deduplication, match keys and checking events against orders.

Does CAPI work with Shopify?

Yes. Shopify's built-in Meta connection includes CAPI; we check it against your orders, fix deduplication and add the events it misses, or replace it with a server-side setup when you need more control.

Is CAPI still needed after the iOS privacy changes?

Yes, more than before. Browser limits and app tracking prompts mean the pixel alone sees less, and CAPI gives Meta the server signal it needs to measure and optimize.

Who owns the setup?

You do. The pixel, datasets, server container and tokens stay in your accounts, and we work through access you can remove at any time.

What happens after launch?

Growth includes 90 days of support after handover, up to 30 hours. It covers fixes, questions and new events or platforms. After that your team runs it with the docs and your martech AI agent, or keeps us on a retainer from $1,980 a month.
