What our HubSpot implementation includes

HubSpot onboarding done for you: the portal shaped around your funnel, your data brought in clean, and every workflow and integration tested before your team logs in.

  • Objects, pipelines and properties

Contacts, companies, deals and, on Enterprise, custom objects, with deal stages, required fields and one owner for every property.

  • Data import and cleanup

Contacts, companies and deals imported from spreadsheets or your old tool, deduplicated and mapped field by field, with nothing overwritten by accident.

  • Forms, tracking and attribution

HubSpot forms and the tracking code installed with consent, so every lead arrives with its source, campaign and first page, and GA4 and HubSpot agree.

  • Workflows and lead scoring

Lifecycle stages, a lead scoring model on fit, engagement and product signals, routing to the right rep and MQL to SQL handoffs that run on their own.

  • Integrations with your stack

Your product, Stripe billing, Salesforce, Intercom and your warehouse connected through native apps, the API or webhooks, with the sync rules written down.

  • Reports and dashboards

Pipeline, funnel and source reports your team trusts, with closed revenue tied back to the campaigns that brought each deal.

Ask HubSpot anything, and let agents keep it clean

With HubSpot connected to Claude over MCP, your team asks about pipeline, sources and stalled deals in plain English, and agents handle the upkeep, from enriching new companies to flagging deals with no next step.

  • Which open deals over $10k have had no activity for 14 days, and who owns them?. Reads HubSpot over MCP.
  • Which campaigns brought the leads that became customers this quarter?. Joins HubSpot deals with Google Ads campaigns.
  • Enrich the companies created this week and flag the ones that fit our ICP.. Runs Clay, then updates HubSpot.
  • HubSpot with MCP

HubSpot connected to Claude, ChatGPT or Claude Code through the HubSpot MCP server, with access scoped to what each person needs.

  • Answers from clean data

Properties, stages and sources are defined once, so when AI says which campaigns bring revenue, it counts the same thing your reports do.

  • CRM upkeep by agents

Agents that find duplicates, fill missing fields and flag deals with no next step, with every change reviewed before it lands.

  • HubSpot's own AI where it fits

Breeze set up for the jobs it does well inside HubSpot, and Claude for questions that span HubSpot and the rest of your stack. See HubSpot AI.

With every implementation

  • Yours after handover

The MCP access, the agents and the docs live in your own accounts. Your team runs it all with AI, without depending on us.

  • No retainer needed

A one-time setup at a fixed price. There is no monthly retainer to keep it running, so your costs go down over time.

  • Right from day one

Anyone can set up a tool with AI, but it's only as good as what the AI guesses. We know what works from 74+ implementations.

  • Free martech AI agent

Every implementation includes it: slash commands and skills that run your whole stack in Claude Code.

    See the agent

Who our HubSpot implementation is for

Most teams come to us at one of four points, and the scope is written for yours before any work starts.

Not the right fit if you want someone to write and send your campaigns every month. We build the system your team runs; ongoing campaign work is a retainer.

  • New to HubSpot

You just bought HubSpot, or are about to, and want it set up right the first time instead of rebuilt in a year. Start with the HubSpot implementation checklist.

  • A HubSpot portal that grew messy

Years of properties, lists and workflows nobody owns. We audit it, clean it up and rebuild what matters without losing history.

  • Moving from Salesforce or Pipedrive

Records, owners, deal history and activities moved with a field map you approve, and a cutover that does not stop sales. See the Salesforce to HubSpot migration plan.

  • No RevOps person yet

You have HubSpot but nobody whose job is to run it. We build it, document it and train the person who will own it.

HubSpot with the rest of your stack

HubSpot is only as good as the data it gets. We connect it to the tools around it and write down which system owns each field, so integrations stop overwriting good data.

What's not included

So the fixed price covers exactly what we build, and nothing comes as a surprise later.

  • Your HubSpot subscription

Seats, hubs and marketing contacts are billed to you by HubSpot. We help you pick the edition and stop paying for contacts you never email. See HubSpot pricing.

  • Writing and sending campaigns

We build the emails, sequences and workflows your launch needs. Writing and sending campaigns month after month is retainer work.

  • Website design on HubSpot CMS

We install tracking and forms on your site, but designing or rebuilding pages in Content Hub is not part of this.

Sound familiar?

  • Leads arrive with no source.

So nobody knows which campaigns fill the pipeline.

  • Three properties for the same thing.

And reports that never match what sales says.

  • Deals close in HubSpot, revenue lives in Stripe.

So MRR and churn never reach the CRM.

  • Workflows nobody dares to switch off.

Built years ago, still firing on stale lists.

We rebuild HubSpot around your actual funnel, bring your data in clean, connect it to product, billing and ad data, and test every workflow, so sales and marketing work from the same numbers.

“Faizur helped us transfer Google Analytics conversion events to Google Ads via Segment. We set that up within two or three weeks. Now we have a clear vision of our conversions and we could optimize our campaigns like this. Because if your tracking is not on point, you can't really improve your Google Ads performance.”

“We have worked with Faizur and his agency for the past six months to set up all the growth stack that we needed. All the marketing analytics tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, data tracking tool, customer analysis tool like Customer.io, and every kind of tool that we needed. He's always ready to help and super reactive. I highly recommend to work with him.”

“We worked with Faizur when we wanted to set up Mixpanel. What I loved was how detail-oriented he was, and that he wasn't just there to accomplish that one task. He was able to advise us. He suggested setting up Segment and he thought about everything at a macro level, all the way down to the micro. It gave me confidence to outsource this.”

“We recently had the pleasure of working with Faiz on our integration of Segment. Not only did he help us seamlessly set up the integration, but he also went above and beyond to help us establish dashboards in Mixpanel. What was super valuable was having somebody who understood both the business/marketing requirements but also had the technical expertise to execute them.”

HubSpot implementation questions, answered

Something else on your mind? Email hello@martechdevs.com or book a free call.

How much does a HubSpot implementation cost?

Starter is $4,800 (25% off $6,400), live in 4 weeks, and Growth is $12,150 (25% off $16,200), live in 12 weeks, at a fixed price with no hourly billing. Eligible startups get 40% off the list price instead. More brands, markets or a migration from another tool make it a custom plan, priced before work starts. Your HubSpot subscription, and HubSpot's own onboarding fee where your edition has one, are billed by HubSpot. See what a HubSpot implementation costs. See the fixed price packages.

How long does HubSpot onboarding take?

Starter goes live in 4 weeks and Growth in 12, or in half the time on super fast. The weeks cover design, build, testing and training, and the dates are agreed before we start.

What does a HubSpot implementation include?

Your portal set up around your funnel: objects, pipelines and properties, data imported and cleaned, forms and tracking with sources, lifecycle stages, workflows and lead scoring, integrations with your product, billing and ad platforms, reports, docs and training. The scope lists each item before work starts.

Is HubSpot free, and which edition do we need?

HubSpot has free CRM tools, then Starter, Professional and Enterprise editions for each hub. Workflows, lead scoring and custom reports need Professional, and custom objects need Enterprise. We look at what your team actually needs before you upgrade, and eligible startups can get a discount through HubSpot for Startups.

Do we need our own developers?

No. We do the integration work with HubSpot's API, webhooks and native apps. Someone on your side approves the design and gives us access. If your app needs a code change to send product events, we write the spec and your developers or ours make it.

Who owns the HubSpot portal and the data?

You do, from day one. The portal, its data and every integration live in your accounts. We work as users you can remove at any time, and the docs stay with you.

Can you migrate us from Salesforce to HubSpot?

Yes, as a custom plan. We map objects, fields, owners and history, move activities and attachments where they matter, rebuild automation in HubSpot and plan a cutover that does not stop sales. See the Salesforce to HubSpot migration plan.

HubSpot or Salesforce?

HubSpot suits teams that want marketing and sales in one tool that is quick to adopt. Salesforce suits complex sales processes, many teams and heavy customization. We implement both, so we have no reason to push either. See HubSpot vs Salesforce for startups.

Can we ask HubSpot questions with AI?

Yes. We connect HubSpot to Claude, ChatGPT or Claude Code over MCP, so your team asks about pipeline, sources and stalled deals in plain English. Because the properties and stages are defined once, the answers hold up.

What happens after launch?

Starter includes 30 days of support after handover, up to 10 hours, and Growth 90 days, up to 30 hours. It covers fixes, questions and small changes to properties, workflows and reports. After that your team runs it with the docs and your martech AI agent, or keeps us on a retainer from $1,980 a month.
