Blazing fast implementation, backed by 74+ martech, data and growth stacks*
Twilio Segment implementation services for one clean stream of customer data
We implement Twilio Segment from a tracking plan: sources on your site, apps and server, destinations like Mixpanel, Braze and your ad platforms, identity and profiles, and a sync to your warehouse, so every tool receives the same events from one implementation.
Twilio Segment consultants who write the tracking plan, wire every source and destination, and check delivery end to end, so each tool gets the same clean data.
Tracking plan and Protocols
Every event and property defined once, and enforced with Segment Protocols where your plan has it, so bad events are blocked before they reach your tools.
Sources on web, app and server
Analytics.js, mobile SDKs and server libraries sending track, identify and group calls, with revenue events from your backend.
Destinations
Mixpanel, Amplitude, Braze, HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta and more fed from one stream, with the mapping checked for each. See Segment implementation mistakes.
Identity and profiles
Anonymous and known users joined with clear identity rules, and profiles built in Unify where you use it. See identity resolution for startups.
Warehouse sync
Every event landed in Snowflake or BigQuery, ready for dbt models and reporting.
Audiences and reverse ETL
Audiences from Engage or from warehouse models sent back to your ad, CRM and messaging tools. See Segment vs Hightouch.
Ask your customer data anything, from one clean stream
With Segment data landed in your warehouse and connected to Claude over MCP, your team asks about users, events and audiences in plain English, and agents check that every destination keeps receiving what it should.
“Which events dropped by more than 20% this week compared with last week?”
Queries Segment events in Snowflake
“How many users who started a trial last month haven't invited a teammate?”
Queries Segment events in Snowflake
“Did Braze receive every Order Completed event yesterday?”
Compares warehouse events with Braze
Which events dropped by more than 20% this week compared with last week?. Queries Segment events in Snowflake.
How many users who started a trial last month haven't invited a teammate?. Queries Segment events in Snowflake.
Did Braze receive every Order Completed event yesterday?. Compares warehouse events with Braze.
Your events over MCP
Segment events and profiles in Snowflake or BigQuery connected to Claude, ChatGPT or Claude Code through the warehouse's MCP server.
A plan AI can read
The tracking plan doubles as context, so AI knows what each event means and which ones to trust.
Delivery checks
Agents that compare what Segment sent with what each destination received, and flag the gaps.
Audiences on request
Ask for an audience in plain English, review the definition, then sync it to the tool that needs it.
With every implementation
Yours after handover
The MCP access, the agents and the docs live in your own accounts. Your team runs it all with AI, without depending on us.
No retainer needed
A one-time setup at a fixed price. There is no monthly retainer to keep it running, so your costs go down over time.
Right from day one
Anyone can set up a tool with AI, but it's only as good as what the AI guesses. We know what works from 74+ implementations.
Free martech AI agent
Every implementation includes it: slash commands and skills that run your whole stack in Claude Code.
Braze and Customer.io receiving events and traits, so journeys trigger on real behaviour.
Ad platforms
Conversions and audiences sent to Google Ads and Meta from the server.
CRM
Signups and product usage in HubSpot or Salesforce, for sales and lifecycle stages.
Warehouse and dbt
Events in Snowflake or BigQuery, modelled with dbt into the tables your reports use.
What's not included
So the fixed price covers exactly what we build, and nothing comes as a surprise later.
Your Segment plan
Twilio bills Segment by tracked users and add-ons like Protocols and Unify. See Segment pricing.
Twilio messaging
SMS, voice, WhatsApp or Flex on Twilio are separate products and not part of this.
App development
We write the tracking spec and add the calls with your developers. Building app features is not part of this.
Sound familiar?
Each tool has its own tracking code.
And each one counts signups differently.
The tracked-user bill keeps growing.
Anonymous traffic and duplicate users count too.
Destinations fail quietly.
Nobody notices until a campaign misses its audience.
Profiles split across devices.
One customer, three profiles, three messages.
We implement Segment from one tracking plan, enforce it at the source, map every destination carefully and check delivery end to end, so each tool gets the same clean data and the bill matches your real users.
A free call on your sources and tools, or the $99 audit for a written review of your workspace and data.

“Faizur helped us transfer Google Analytics conversion events to Google Ads via Segment. We set that up within two or three weeks. Now we have a clear vision of our conversions and we could optimize our campaigns like this. Because if your tracking is not on point, you can't really improve your Google Ads performance.”

“We worked with Faizur when we wanted to set up Mixpanel. What I loved was how detail-oriented he was, and that he wasn't just there to accomplish that one task. He was able to advise us. He suggested setting up Segment and he thought about everything at a macro level, all the way down to the micro. It gave me confidence to outsource this.”

“We recently had the pleasure of working with Faiz on our integration of Segment. Not only did he help us seamlessly set up the integration, but he also went above and beyond to help us establish dashboards in Mixpanel. What was super valuable was having somebody who understood both the business/marketing requirements but also had the technical expertise to execute them.”

How much does a Twilio Segment implementation cost?
Growth is $12,150 (25% off $16,200), live in 12 weeks, at a fixed price with no hourly billing. Eligible startups get 40% off the list price instead. More brands, markets or a migration from another tool make it a custom plan, priced before work starts. Your Segment plan is billed by Twilio, not by us. See the fixed price packages.
How much does Segment cost?
Segment has a free plan for small volumes, a Team plan priced by monthly tracked users, and Business plans with Protocols, Unify and Engage quoted by Twilio. Fixing identity and dropping unused events usually lowers the count you pay for. See Segment pricing.
What is a CDP like Segment for?
Collecting customer events once and sending them to every tool that needs them, with identity and profiles in between. Without one, each tool gets its own tracking code and its own version of the truth. See CDP vs data warehouse.
What are Segment Protocols?
Segment's tracking plan enforcement. Events that do not match the plan can be flagged or blocked before they reach your destinations, so a typo in one release does not break every report downstream.
Segment or RudderStack?
Segment has the widest catalogue of integrations and the most polished tooling. RudderStack is warehouse-first and often cheaper at volume. See Segment vs RudderStack.
Segment or a composable CDP with Hightouch?
If your warehouse is already the source of truth, a composable setup with Hightouch can take over parts of Segment. For collecting events in real time, Segment still does that job well. Many teams use both. See Segment vs Hightouch.
How long does a Segment implementation take?
Growth goes live in 12 weeks, or 6 weeks on super fast. Most of the time goes into the tracking plan and checking each destination; moving from another CDP is a custom plan.
Do you implement other Twilio products?
No. We implement Segment, the customer data platform. Twilio messaging, voice and Flex are outside what we do.
Who owns the Segment workspace?
You do. The workspace, sources, destinations and the tracking plan stay in your accounts, and we work as members you can remove at any time.
What happens after launch?
Growth includes 90 days of support after handover, up to 30 hours. It covers fixes, questions and new events or destinations. After that your team runs it with the docs and your martech AI agent, or keeps us on a retainer from $1,980 a month.
