What our Hightouch implementation includes

Hightouch consultants who model the data once in your warehouse, sync it to every tool with write rules, and check each sync for rejected rows.

  • Models for activation

Customer, account and event models in Snowflake or BigQuery, built with dbt, with one row per thing you sync.

  • Reverse ETL syncs

Traits like plan, lifetime value and churn risk synced to your CRM and messaging tools, with matching keys and write rules for each field. See what reverse ETL is.

  • Ad audiences

Customer and lookalike audiences sent to Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, with match rates checked. See warehouse audiences.

  • Customer Studio for marketers

A schema of customers, accounts and events your marketers can build audiences on, without writing SQL.

  • Identity and matching

Users, accounts and emails matched across sources, so each person is one record in every destination. See identity resolution for startups.

  • Sync checks and alerts

Every sync monitored for failed and rejected rows, with results compared against the source. See Hightouch implementation mistakes.

Ask for an audience in plain English, then sync it where it is needed

With your warehouse and Hightouch connected to Claude over MCP, marketers describe the audience they want, AI drafts the definition on your models, and a person approves it before Hightouch syncs it.

  • Build an audience of trial users who invited a teammate but haven't connected an integration.. Drafts the audience on your models.
  • Which Hightouch syncs had rejected rows this week, and why?. Reads Hightouch sync runs.
  • How many people in the win-back audience are also open opportunities in Salesforce?. Queries the warehouse over MCP.
  • Your warehouse over MCP

Snowflake or BigQuery connected to Claude under a read-only role, so every audience idea starts from real counts.

  • Approval before sync

AI drafts the audience; a person reviews its definition and size before anything reaches a destination.

  • AI decisioning where it fits

Hightouch's AI Decisioning set up where you have the volume to test against. See AI decisioning compared.

  • Sync alerts

Agents that flag failed syncs and rising rejection rates before a campaign launches on a short list.

With every implementation

  • Yours after handover

The MCP access, the agents and the docs live in your own accounts. Your team runs it all with AI, without depending on us.

  • No retainer needed

A one-time setup at a fixed price. There is no monthly retainer to keep it running, so your costs go down over time.

  • Right from day one

Anyone can set up a tool with AI, but it's only as good as what the AI guesses. We know what works from 74+ implementations.

  • Free martech AI agent

Every implementation includes it: slash commands and skills that run your whole stack in Claude Code.

    See the agent

Who our Hightouch implementation is for

Most teams come to us at one of four points, and the scope is written for yours before any work starts.

Not the right fit without a warehouse and clean models. If you are not there yet, start with Snowflake or BigQuery.

  • Warehouse first

Your data team built good models and wants them in the tools people use every day. See what a composable CDP is, then compare reverse ETL tools for the required destination work.

  • Replacing parts of a CDP

You run Segment or another CDP and want warehouse audiences or a lower bill. See Segment vs Hightouch.

  • Marketers waiting on data

Every audience is a ticket. We set up Customer Studio so marketers build their own.

  • Syncs nobody trusts

Overwritten fields and rejected rows nobody sees. We add write rules and monitoring.

Hightouch with the rest of your stack

Hightouch connects the warehouse to everything else. We set up both ends and decide which system owns each field.

What's not included

So the fixed price covers exactly what we build, and nothing comes as a surprise later.

  • Your Hightouch plan

Hightouch bills you by plan, destinations and features. See Hightouch pricing.

  • Running campaigns

We set up audiences and syncs. Running the campaigns that use them is not part of this.

  • Warehouse costs

Queries Hightouch runs on Snowflake or BigQuery are billed to your account. We keep syncs incremental.

Sound familiar?

  • The best data sits in the warehouse.

Sales and marketing tools never see it.

  • Every new audience is a data ticket.

Marketers wait days for a CSV.

  • Syncs overwrite good CRM fields.

    Because nobody set write rules.

  • Rejected rows pile up unnoticed.

So audiences are smaller than they look.

We model the data once in your warehouse, sync it to every tool with write rules for each field, give marketers audiences they can build themselves, and check every sync for rejected rows.

“Faizur helped us transfer Google Analytics conversion events to Google Ads via Segment. We set that up within two or three weeks. Now we have a clear vision of our conversions and we could optimize our campaigns like this. Because if your tracking is not on point, you can't really improve your Google Ads performance.”

“We have worked with Faizur and his agency for the past six months to set up all the growth stack that we needed. All the marketing analytics tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, data tracking tool, customer analysis tool like Customer.io, and every kind of tool that we needed. He's always ready to help and super reactive. I highly recommend to work with him.”

“We worked with Faizur when we wanted to set up Mixpanel. What I loved was how detail-oriented he was, and that he wasn't just there to accomplish that one task. He was able to advise us. He suggested setting up Segment and he thought about everything at a macro level, all the way down to the micro. It gave me confidence to outsource this.”

“We recently had the pleasure of working with Faiz on our integration of Segment. Not only did he help us seamlessly set up the integration, but he also went above and beyond to help us establish dashboards in Mixpanel. What was super valuable was having somebody who understood both the business/marketing requirements but also had the technical expertise to execute them.”

Hightouch implementation questions, answered

Something else on your mind? Email hello@martechdevs.com or book a free call.

How much does a Hightouch implementation cost?

Growth is $12,150 (25% off $16,200), live in 12 weeks, at a fixed price with no hourly billing. Eligible startups get 40% off the list price instead. More brands, markets or a migration from another tool make it a custom plan, priced before work starts. Your Hightouch plan and warehouse usage are billed by those vendors. See the fixed price packages.

We already have Segment. Why consider Hightouch?

For audiences and traits built in the warehouse. Segment is strong at collecting events; Hightouch is strong at sending modelled warehouse data to your tools. Many teams keep Segment for collection and use Hightouch for activation. See Segment vs Hightouch.

Do we need a warehouse to use Hightouch?

Yes. Hightouch reads from Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift and others, and works best on clean dbt models.

What does a composable CDP build start with?

The customer model. We agree what a customer, an account and a key event mean in your warehouse, build those models, then connect destinations one at a time. See what a composable CDP is.

Hightouch or Census?

Both sync warehouse data to your tools well. Hightouch leans into marketer audiences and AI decisioning; Census, now Fivetran Activations, fits teams already on Fivetran. See Hightouch vs Census.

How does Braze fit into a composable build?

Braze sends the messages; the warehouse decides who gets them. Hightouch syncs audiences and traits into Braze, and Braze engagement flows back to the warehouse for reporting.

How long does a Hightouch implementation take?

Growth goes live in 12 weeks, or 6 weeks on super fast. Most of that time goes into the customer model and checking each destination.

Who owns the Hightouch workspace?

You do. The workspace, models and syncs stay in your accounts, and we work as members you can remove at any time.

What happens after launch?

Growth includes 90 days of support after handover, up to 30 hours. It covers fixes, questions and new syncs or audiences. After that your team runs it with the docs and your martech AI agent, or keeps us on a retainer from $1,980 a month.
