Every paid plan is priced by profile count, so the choice is how many profiles to keep active. Suppressing profiles you no longer email lowers the count, but the plan doesn’t always drop by itself. Check your billing settings, or pick the lower tier.

Klaviyo charges by active profiles on a published ladder. 500 profiles cost $20.00 a month, 10,000 cost $150.00 and 50,000 cost $720.00. Each plan includes emails up to 10 times its profiles. Text messages are a separate plan you buy upfront. Above 150,000 profiles, Klaviyo quotes each account.

Klaviyo’s price tool runs from $20.00 for 500 active profiles to $1,955 for 150,000. Text message plans start at $15.00 for about 1,000 US toll-free sends, and carrier fees are included. Past 150,000 profiles or 20,000 sends, the tool stops showing prices.

An active profile is someone you can reach by email, text or another channel. Unsubscribed and suppressed contacts don’t count toward billing. So the number that matters is your reachable list, and it can be well below the total your account has collected. Our active profiles guide covers a safe cleanup.
If your active profiles go past your plan, Klaviyo moves you to a plan that fits at the next billing cycle. Sending doesn’t stop. Going back down isn’t always automatic. Removing profiles doesn’t always lower a Profiles and Email plan, so check your billing settings or pick the lower tier yourself.
Klaviyo’s price list follows active profiles and messages, with no seat charge on it. Adding a teammate doesn’t change the plan price. The bill moves when your list grows or you send more text messages, so marketing wins can raise this bill even when your team stays the same size.
You buy a monthly text message plan upfront, in dollars. About 1,000 US toll-free sends cost $15.00 a month and 10,000 cost $125.00, with carrier fees included. Larger plans have lower rates per message. Rates differ by country and number type, and each segment of a long message counts as a send.
Klaviyo doesn’t publish it. Its price tool stops at 150,000 active profiles, at $1,955 a month, and shows Talk to sales past that. We don’t estimate a price it hasn’t published. Ask for your email send limit, SMS rates and renewal terms in writing when you get a quote.
