This notice covers martechdevs.com, the quote form, the skills library and the martechdevs MCP server. martechdevs is part of Growth and Analytics Partners LLC, which decides how this information is used. Questions and requests go to hello@martechdevs.com.
What we collect
- Quote form: your email, your company website when you use a personal email, your team size and revenue band, the tools and plan you pick, and the page you came from, to prepare the scope and reply to you.
- Skills library account: your email address, sign-in sessions with the IP address and browser they came from, which gated skills you read, and your email preference if you choose one.
- MCP server: the tool called, the skill or file asked for, the first 200 characters of a search, and the client's user agent. It does not receive the rest of your conversation.
- Site analytics: pages viewed and events on the site, through Google Tag Manager and Mixpanel.
- Chat: messages you send in the website chat.
Why, and on what basis
- To run your account and send sign-in codes: to provide the service you asked for.
- To answer a quote request: steps you asked us to take before a possible contract.
- To keep the site and accounts secure, limit abuse and learn which skills and pages are useful: our legitimate interests.
- To email you about new skills and guides: only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel: hosting, logs and bot protection.
- Neon: the skills library account database.
- Upstash: short-lived rate-limit counters.
- Resend: sign-in codes and quote emails.
- Mixpanel and Google: site analytics.
- Twenty and Attio: our CRM, for quote requests and accounts.
Some of these providers store data in the United States. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
- Skills library accounts, with their reading history and email preference: until you delete the account.
- Sign-in codes: 10 minutes. Sessions: 30 days from last use.
- Server logs, including MCP server calls: as long as Vercel keeps logs for our plan.
- Quote requests: as long as needed to answer and follow up, then as required for our records.
Your choices and rights
- Delete your skills library account at any time from your portal page. That removes the account, its sessions and its email preference.
- Ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion of anything else by emailing hello@martechdevs.com.
- Unsubscribe from any marketing email with the link in it.
- If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
