description: Evidence-based martech stack audit with a reconciled register, renewal calendar, findings and a 30, 60, 90 day plan
argument-hint: [audit trigger or scope and export files]

Use the martech-stack-audit skill for this task: $ARGUMENTS

Read martech-context/ first if it exists: stack.md, decisions.md, metrics.md, data-dictionary.md and the tracking plan.
If $ARGUMENTS is empty or vague, ask what triggered the audit, which decisions it must support and by when, the two or three workflows to trace, and which exports exist: 12 months of spend, order forms, an SSO or OAuth app report, the identity provider user list, tool user exports and connection lists.
Never ask for passwords, API keys or tokens. Keep customer and employee personal data out of the report; the scripts print counts and row numbers.
Build the renewal calendar before scoring anything, and tell the user anything under "Act now" the same day. Follow the skill's procedure in order and finish with its acceptance checks.
Stay read-only. Do not cancel, downgrade, remove users, revoke access, change settings or send notices or messages; draft them for the owner.
Ask for approval before any test that creates, updates or unsubscribes a record, sends a message, submits a form, places an order or clicks a consent banner on a live system; prefer reading existing records.
Hand back the stack map, the reconciled tool register, the renewal calendar, findings with evidence, a decision per tool and the 30, 60, 90 day plan.
