description: Read-only CRM audit of HubSpot, Salesforce or Attio with scored PASS, WARN, FAIL findings and a change list
argument-hint: [CRM and instance or export folder or gates only]
---

Use the crm-audit skill for this task: $ARGUMENTS

Read martech-context/ first if it exists, especially stack.md, data-dictionary.md, decisions.md and metrics.md.
If $ARGUMENTS is empty or vague, ask which CRM and instance to audit, production or sandbox, and the read-only route (admin exports, or a vendor MCP server or CLI signed in by the user).
Also ask for the three to five workflows the CRM must support and the integrations the team believes are connected, with owners.
Never ask for passwords, API keys, tokens or contact records. Use definition exports, settings captures, aggregate counts, and exports limited to record IDs and the audited non-personal fields.
Check the reading identity before the first read. If it can write, list every write tool by name and ask the user to set each to ask or deny in the client. Wait for their confirmation before the first read, and record the denied tools in the baseline.
Run the scripts from a private working folder outside the skill folder and outside version control, and keep the exports, audit-work/ and the report there.
Follow the skill's procedure in order and finish with its acceptance checks.
Stay read-only. Never create, update, merge, delete, archive, import, enrol or change settings or permissions in the CRM.
Ask for approval before any test that creates records, enrols records or sends a message, and run it only in a sandbox or on flagged test records.
Hand back the findings report with domain scores and both readiness verdicts, the critical field writer inventory, the integration inventory and a change list an admin can apply.
